Back Story
Seemingly out of nowhere, Rogulus first appeared in the events leading up to what is now known as the Great Fooper War of 3007. Having inexplicably grown in power and efficacy, Rogulus and his massive army of Fooper Troopers gained control of dozens of worlds within the Intergalactic Alliance, leaving the worlds to suffer in oppressive conditions and poor health. This culminated into an attempt at an overt takeover of key resource-rich planets. Despite being thwarted in his plans by Zap and his team, Rogulus managed to escape relatively unscathed. His current whereabouts are unknown.
